Ceramic coating has its limits, but when it’s done correctly, it performs exactly as it should:

Step 1: Decontamination Wash
Every job begins with a complete decontamination wash to prepare the surface. We use an acidic fallout wash (product: Fall Out) to dissolve iron particles and industrial buildup, followed by iron remover, tar remover, and a clay bar treatment to lift remaining contaminants. This ensures the paint is fully cleaned and ready for bonding.
Step 2: Paint Correction
(One-Stage Gloss Enhancement)
Next, we perform a one-stage complimentary paint correction to refine the paint and enhance gloss before applying the coating. This quick enhancement smooths the surface for better bonding and a more reflective finish. For customers looking to remove deeper swirls or scratches, we also offer 2-stage and 3-stage paint correction packages for more intensive results.
Step 3: Inspection
The vehicle undergoes a final inspection to ensure a flawless surface.
Step 4: Precise Coating Application
Each coating is applied panel by panel inside our controlled indoor facility. Every inch of the vehicle is carefully coated and finished using our three-rag method: One to absorb excess coating, One to blend evenly, One to polish for a streak-free finish. After the coating is applied, the vehicle remains indoors for at least six hours to begin curing before being exposed to the environment.

Once applied, the coating continues to harden and bond for about two weeks.
During this time:
- Avoid washing or detailing the vehicle.
- Rain exposure is fine, but avoid automatic or gas station car washes.
And long term:
🚫 Do not use any gloss enhancers, waxes, or ceramic sealants.
These products sit on top of the coating and block its hydrophobic surface from performing.
For DIY washing:
- Use only pH-neutral, wax-free, ceramic-sealant-free soap.

After the two-week curing period, we provide a complimentary ceramic wash to gently clean the vehicle, inspect the coating, and show you how to maintain it the right way.
To keep your coating performing at its best and maintain warranty coverage, yearly ceramic maintenance is required.

Our maintenance service is not just a wash — we use a calcium remover to strip off mineral buildup that blocks hydrophobic performance. This restores the slickness and water-beading effect of your coating.
With proper care and annual maintenance:
- Fusion Lite: 1–2 years of protection
- Fusion Classic: Up to 4 years
- Fusion Premium V2: Up to 8 years
- Rims & Caliper Coating: Around 3 years
Skipping maintenance doesn’t remove the coating — it just buries it under buildup, making it appear less effective.
Even with ceramic coating, regular cleaning is still necessary to maintain performance and appearance.
- Wash every 500–800 km (or more often in winter).
- Use the two-bucket method with microfiber mitts and soft towels.
- Avoid any wash that uses brushes or heavy chemicals.
Touchless washes are acceptable, but always choose the cheapest option, since the higher-priced ones usually apply unwanted wax or silicone afterward.
